Do you recommend testing? Will it be expensive?
Testing is only recommended when it will actually help us identify what’s blocking your progress. I never push unnecessary testing. What matters: Getting you results. Sometimes that requires advanced functional labs to reveal hidden imbalances. Sometimes, we can start making progress with nutrition and lifestyle changes first.
